近日，记者从北京市商业委员会得到消息，北京市将投资400多万元，建设北京商业服务网。

建成后的北京商业服务网，将企业信息发布平台、企业电子商务平台、企业因特网服务平台集为一身，利用现代网络技术提高商业服务水平；通过整合、开发与社区服务、公众服务相关的新型商业企业及服务项目等信息资源，为消费者提供更为方便、快捷的高质量服务。同时，也为北京市政府的商业决策提供全面、准确的科学依据。

作为北京工商信息化发展“十五”规划中的重要一步，北京商业服务网将发挥以下作用：为北京市的大、中型商业企业信息发布提供综合的商业信息服务平台，并为部分商业企业之间（B2B）和部分商业企业与消费者（B2C）之间的产品采购、消费提供电子商务平台；加快部分中、小商业企业的信息化进程，提供因特网服务平台；建立电子商业物流体系，搭建标准的商业<span

ang=EN-US>GIS系统；整合物业资源，为商业企业和开发商提供统一的商业物业信息平台；确立商业信息的标准化规范，统一商品编码，初步形成商品基础信息数据库。
